Gulf Coast Celadon Series

This body of work represents more than a year of testing, refinement, and experimentation with two clay bodies and a cone 10 celadon glaze incorporating local materials. These vessels reflect an ongoing investigation into material, place, and process.

Made on the Texas Gulf Coast, the work is informed by attention to local ecologies and a commitment to stewardship, curiosity, and care. Through Daily observation, studio practice, teaching, and research, these objects become small records of home.
